Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or offer returns for custom orders. We only offer replacements.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

If you need to return a product, you can email our team info@thetepsi.com your name and order number, as well as the reason why you want to return it.

Our customer service team will then ask you mandatory questions about your return in order to prevent abuse.


You can return a product up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise in the original form of payment.

If you wish to make an exchange, we will accept it provided you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll either issue a store credit for what was spent on arrival or we'll process the exchange for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are no longer in their original condition or packaging, worn/opened or used can unfortunately no longer be accepted for return.

Refunds can take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution.

*If you choose to return your item(s), you are responsible for the shipping costs.

*All products are guaranteed for 30 days.

How does delivery work?

We work closely with the artisans who make our products. No middleman is involved, which is why we can offer you such low prices on a wide selection of our products and offer you free shipping on your orders.

The average delivery time is 7-10 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse.

Your order will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours (72 hours in case of working days) by our team.

*Please note that due to current high demand and social distancing requirements in the workplace, our distribution center is taking a little longer than usual to send orders.

When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email, please enter our order number via the contact page.

Don't worry if you don't see any updates in the first few days, the tracking system sometimes takes a day or more to update.

If your order does not arrive within 14 working days, please contact us so we can arrange with the carriers.
